These Terms of Service govern all access and usage of tuantang.cn services. Website access, registration and usage constitute full acceptance of these terms.

You may register and log in via email/password, Microsoft, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, GitLab, GitHub and Google. You are fully responsible for your account security and all activities under your account. You may delete your account at any time. After deletion, all associated data will be placed in cold storage and will not be restored without special requirements.

3. User Content & Copyright

All materials uploaded, input and all results generated by our tools belong solely to the user. You agree not to publish illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate your account.

4. Paid Service Rules

We provide premium subscription services as our core revenue source. All refund matters follow standard global SaaS refund rules, detailed in our independent Refund Policy.

5. Service Provision

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” basis. No SLA or uptime guarantee is provided. We will strive for stable operation but are not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime or service interruption.

6. Prohibited Behaviors

Malicious scraping, bulk abuse, server attacks, restriction bypassing, API misuse and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Violators will face permanent account termination and legal liability.

7. Term Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
