3. For long-term subscriptions (annual/multi-year), used days will be deducted on a pro-rata basis, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

2. Expired or invalid paid subscription rights;
3. Discounted promotional offers, limited-time specials and bonus benefits are non-refundable separately;
4. Service unavailability caused by user operational errors or device problems.

4. Refund Processing Time

After application approval, refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 3–10 working days. The actual arrival time depends on third-party payment processors.
